Crêperie & Buckwheat Galettes · Paris 9th
An authentic crêperie in the heart of Paris’s 9th arrondissement, Caramel Sarrasin serves Breton galettes made with organic buckwheat, homemade sweet crêpes, and a selection of artisanal farm ciders. The dining room, decorated with a collection of vintage Breton tin cans on a brick wall, immerses every meal in the warm atmosphere of Brittany. Just a stone’s throw from the Grands Boulevards and the Le Peletier metro station, the restaurant also offers crêpe-making classes on Friday evenings in an open kitchen where organic buckwheat is prepared on a traditional billig. An authentic Breton experience—gluten-free depending on the galette—right in Paris.
Regular sessions Monday to Friday from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm — 3 hours with our master crêpe chef to discover the kitchen, prepare and taste your own crêpes. Recipe emailed the next day. Booking only.
